J2N’s Strength & Flow membership includes weekly at-home training sessions and coaching support all easily accessible via this user-friendly online platform. Each workout is guided by J2N Founder & Head Coach, Jenn Lymburner, with clear instruction and scaling options for all levels.
These sessions are all about moving your own body, and learning how slowing down and exploring new movement patterns can lead to improved strength, flexibility and body control!
Classes range from 20-45 minutes long. Expect to start sessions with a guided stretch, followed by Animal Flow (or other movement) practice, and then some bodyweight strength and conditioning. Shorter stretching-only sessions are also available.
