Have a question?

“Athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels will realize significant benefits from Animal Flow including increased mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication.” (https://animalflow.com/faqs/).

In other words, it’s another way to master your body, which ultimately translates to improvement in other areas of your fitness or day-to-day life.

That’s one of the beauties of this style of training – it is meant to challenge you mentally, phyiscally and to help you explore how your body moves in ways you have probably never explored before.

When you look around the class,

  1. Everyone will be at different levels. Some people will pick it up quicker than others, but it doesn’t matter! You’re in this for your own personal journey, so enjoy the process to whatever capacity that means for you.
  2. No one cares what you look or move like. It’s all about having fun, and you’ll quickly realize that no two people look identical doing these movements.

These classes are open to all levels of fitness. You will learn from the “ground up” the key components of Animal Flow® , and we will work at a pace that is suitable for everyone.

This activity does require us to be on our hands and knees quite regularly, so if you have any injuries you think might impact this, please get in touch and we can chat it through.

If you’d like to really dive into Animal Flow®, you may consider attending one of their Certification Courses.

Otherwise, I would be more than happy to discuss private lessons as a way to build on what you learn in the course, and to help design some new flows with you. Get in touch to learn more.
