That’s one of the beauties of this style of training – it is meant to challenge you mentally, phyiscally and to help you explore how your body moves in ways you have probably never explored before.
When you look around the class,
- Everyone will be at different levels. Some people will pick it up quicker than others, but it doesn’t matter! You’re in this for your own personal journey, so enjoy the process to whatever capacity that means for you.
- No one cares what you look or move like. It’s all about having fun, and you’ll quickly realize that no two people look identical doing these movements.
These classes are open to all levels of fitness. You will learn from the “ground up” the key components of Animal Flow® , and we will work at a pace that is suitable for everyone.
