Animal Flow® is a unique bodyweight training methodology designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
Coach Jenn‘s 8-week (2 classes per week) program, provided in a semi-private, small group setting is designed for individuals new to Animal Flow. Each 45-minute class will introduce and build on key elements of AF, and participants will have the opportunity to learn choreographed flows as a group throughout. Additional coaching support will also be provided via a private Facebook Group.
Leave each morning’s class feeling energized and ready to tackle the day ahead. At the end of 8-weeks (16 classes total), expect to feel your body moving with improved strength, mobility and control!
